We’re Luke and Mandi Kolling, a husband - and - wife duo who have shared life, laughter, and love for as long as we can remember. Our story began at the ages of 12 and 15 when we met at a dance competition. Luke was one of “the cool boys,” and I was… aggressively observant. I knew right away that he’d be my husband one day.
Since 1998, we’ve been best friends and inseparable as a couple. After high school, we moved to New York together to start our dance careers, building a life filled with movement and adventure before eventually saying “I do” on a mountaintop in Lake Tahoe in 2014. Having spent most of our lives side by side, we’ve walked parallel paths - both in our careers and our passions.
Luke is the steady anchor to my whirlwind energy - thoughtful, creative, and grounded - while I bring the expressive, big-hearted enthusiasm. We balance each other naturally, I’m the planner and communicator, and Luke’s the calm problem-solver. When someone thinks I’m “a lot,” they tend to vibe with Luke’s steady presence - and when Luke’s a little more reserved, my energy fills the gap. Together, we’ve built a life focused on getting the most out of each day - finding joy in the little moments, and embracing adventure whenever it shows up.
Why Movement Matters to Us
Movement has always been at the heart of who we are.
With over 30 years of experience, we began our professional lives as dancers - performing, choreographing, and opening our own dance studio in Dallas. Over time, our curiosity led us beyond dance into yoga, strength training, mobility, breathwork, mindfulness, and functional movement practices that support real life - not just performance.
Today, we continue to choreograph and teach dance while also working as 500 ERYT yoga instructors, certified personal trainers, and wellness educators. Our goal is simple: help people move with confidence, strength, and ease so they can fully participate in the lives they want to live.
A Life Built on Curiosity & Exploration
Our love for movement naturally extends into how we live.
We’ve embraced a nomadic lifestyle, spending months at a time in different states and countries - learning from new places, cultures, and rhythms of life. Whether we’re hiking, paddle boarding, wandering unfamiliar streets, or road - tripping with no rigid plan, exploration keeps us curious, grounded, and inspired.
Along the way, we picked up our sidekick eL - a street smart pup who wandered into our lives during a stay in Tulum and never left. She’s now our Love n Move mascot, adventure buddy, and daily reminder to stay playful and present.

Luke brings a calm, intentional presence- focused on alignment, strength, and helping people feel steady and capable in their bodies. Mandi brings expressive, encouraging energy - creating spaces where people feel supported, seen, and empowered to try something new.
Together, our classes and experiences are welcoming, approachable, and supportive of all levels. We offer options, progressions, and hands - on guidance (if you want it), and we care just as much about how you feel as how you move.
