Why Retreat
For us, retreats grew naturally from our love of movement, travel, and shared experiences. A life changing trip to Bali opened our eyes to different ways of living - slowing down, moving with intention, and connecting more deeply with people and place. That experience stayed with us long after we returned home, and it inspired us to create retreats that offer others that same sense of perspective and presence.
Our retreats are designed for real people with a wide range of movement backgrounds. Some guests come with years of experience and love exploring depth and challenge, while others are newer, curious, or simply looking to move and feel good in their bodies.
If you’ve ever thought, “I want to try this, but I’m a little nervous,” you’re not alone. Whether you come solo, with a partner, or with a friend along for the ride, we create experiences that meet you where you are.
We plan everything so you don’t have to - from movement and excursions to flow and downtime - so you can fully settle into the experience. Join everything, skip something, take space when you need it. This is your trip.
The goal isn’t to change who you are. It’s to give you space to move, explore, reset, and leave feeling a little lighter, more connected, and ready for whatever comes next.

After booking, we'll send you a welcome email with everything you need to know to get your trip started.

We'd recommend booking your flights to and from the event as soon as possible. All you do is book the flights and we handle the rest!!

We design our retreats so that if you follow the itinerary, your experience will feel full and complete. If you decide to skip something because you need rest, quiet time, or space to explore on your own - that’s supported too.

One of our favorite parts of hosting retreats is the people. We’ve seen guests form lasting friendships, return year after year, and build connections they carry far beyond the retreat itself. Retreats have a unique way of bringing together people who might never cross paths otherwise - and once they do, something special happens. We don’t force community, but we create space for it. A space where you’re welcome, where you belong, and where connection is there if you want it.
